Description:

Plan to join Kent Lawson, Health + Wellness Practice Lead at IDEO, an international design-innovation firm, at the ACHE of Central Florida chapter fall event. Kent will speak on the key healthcare topics Human-Centered Design and Healthcare Innovation and will bring several healthcare and non-healthcare examples from IDEO projects across the country to illustrate human-centered design innovation in action.

Kent's wide-ranging healthcare experience extends from theconsumer health and wellness sectors, to pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, payers, biotech, and providers/hospitals. He is a former professor of Industrial Design and Sustainability at the University of Illinois at Chicago as well as ARCHEWORKS of Chicago.Do not miss this opportunity.

Be on the look out for the ACHE 2009 Member Needs Survey. Your response is appreciated.

The 2009 Chapter Member Needs Survey will be sent electronically to all ACHE affiliates who have been chapter members for greater than one year on Friday, August 28, 2009. The survey was moved up in the annual schedule to provide data to chapter leaders earlier and to better support chapter planning efforts for 2010. The survey was developed and will be conducted by the ACHE Division of Research.   Read More
