Optimizing Your Potential: Healthcare Careerist Panel and Discussion Event

On Wednesday, November 8, GCHEG hosted a breakfast and career panel discussion for graduate students, early careerists, and those new to healthcare. The free event was held at the Goodwill Opportunity Campus. Panelists included W. Ryan Broadhead (Manager, Business Operations at Carolinas HealthCare System), Cindy Carter (Talent Acquisition Manager, Novant Health), Jenny Longshore (Director, Workforce Management, Carolinas HealthCare System), and Scharlene Powell (Administrative Fellow, Novant Health). Suzanne Schultz (Recruiter, Vaco Charlotte LLC) moderated the panel discussion. The event was attended by many GCHEG members and a great discussion took place. Take a look at some of the photos from the event below. Stay tuned for more upcoming events related to healthcare leadership career planning.
