It is hard to believe that it is time to sit down to write the President’s message for the fall newsletter as it seems like I just wrote the summer one! How time does fly. It certainly has been a busy time during the summer months with our usual high paced environments coupled with the number of tropical storms and hurricanes that have threatened our state, all certainly adding to our busyness. Since 1910, when the Flexner report was published, government regulation of healthcare has expanded exponentially. We felt it appropriate to match the theme of that conference, which is "Leadership in Action: Partnering for Success."
