From the Desk of the KAHCE President
Marion "Tony" Thompson, FACHE

As I complete my term as 2019 Chapter President, I want to take this opportunity to thank our Board members for their service. We are privileged to have such a dedicated group of individuals serving our chapter membership. And, I know I can speak for our Board when I say it has been an honor and privilege to serve.

From the perspective of many years and work in several states, I can attest that our chapter excels by comparison. We continue to provide excellent educational opportunities. And we have now incorporated remote participation to better serve you. During these events our sponsors have been so supportive, which fuels our growth. Our newsletters have been informative and educational. Our work to promote membership participation among military, veterans administration, early careerist and students is outstanding. To our Board and member volunteers who make this happen I say THANK YOU!

I would be remiss if I didn’t end my tenure by asking for your support in the future. Have you given thought to how you might help? If so, don't hesitate to share your thoughts with a Board or Committee member. Many hands make the work easy! We will welcome your participation and support to continue our efforts and serve our membership.

All the best in 2020!

Marion A. "Tony" Thompson FACHE
