The Thomas C. Dolan Executive Diversity Program was established by the Foundation of ACHE's Fund for Innovation in Healthcare Leadership to honor Thomas C. Dolan, PhD, FACHE, FASAE, president and CEO of ACHE from 1991–2013, and his long-standing service to the profession of healthcare leadership and to further his strong commitment to achieving greater diversity among senior healthcare leaders. The year-long program will further prepare mid- and senior-level careerists to advance to higher leadership roles. Scholars will benefit from specialized curriculum opportunities addressing barriers in career attainment and developing executive presence, one-on-one interaction with a specially selected mentor and participation in formal leadership education and career assessments.
