Now is the time for today's healthcare leaders, like you, to make a commitment to the future by supporting ACHE's Fund for Innovation in Healthcare Leadership.
The Fund for Innovation in Healthcare Leadership, a philanthropic initiative of the Foundation of the American College of Healthcare Executives, was created to bring innovation to the forefront of healthcare leadership.
Donate to the Fund today to ensure the healthcare profession has the visionary leaders and management systems that are needed to improve healthcare delivery. Together we will:
- Inspire and develop future leaders.
- Promote diversity among healthcare leaders.
- Explore emerging complex ethical issues.
- Stimulate innovations in healthcare management
There are several ways to donate to the Foundation of ACHE's Fund for Innovation in Healthcare Leadership. Whichever way you choose, your contribution can make all the difference, no matter the amount. Donate now.

The Thomas C. Dolan Executive Diversity Program was established by the Foundation of ACHE's Fund for Innovation in Healthcare Leadership to honor Thomas C. Dolan, PhD, FACHE, FASAE, president and CEO of ACHE from 1991–2013, and his long-standing service to the profession of healthcare leadership and to further his strong commitment to achieving greater diversity among senior healthcare leaders. Please see ACHE's Statement on Diversity for more information about our commitment to diversity.
The year-long program will further prepare mid- and senior-level careerists to advance to higher leadership roles. Scholars will benefit from specialized curriculum opportunities addressing barriers in career attainment and developing executive presence, one-on-one interaction with a specially selected mentor and participation in formal leadership education and career assessments.
