GOHLF Member Spotlight
Stan McBride, MHSA

Mr. Stan McBride, MHSA, has served as business director for Emergency Services at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center since 2007.  Before assuming this role at Cincinnati Children’s Stan worked for 7 years, with increasing levels of responsibility, at Mercy Health Partners of Southwest Ohio, including business manager of the Mercy Foundation.  Stan received his Master’s in Health Services Administration from Xavier University in 2008.  He started teaching as an Adjunct Instructor with the Great Oaks Institute of Technology in 2009, and he continues to teach adult education courses in the Allied Health Program.

In recent years Stan has supported several community agencies including the Greater Cincinnati United Way – Emerging leaders society and the Fine Arts Fund.  He volunteers with the IRS during tax season to prepare returns for people who qualify for the Earned Income Tax Credit program.

Stan has been a member of ACHE and the Greater Ohio Healthcare Leader’s Forum (GOHLF) since 2005 and has been a member of the Cincinnati Local Program Council since 2009.  He is excited to work with other GOHLF members in 2010-2011 to provide additional educational opportunities to members throughout Southwest Ohio.
