Erwin Stainback, FACHE, Leaves Triad
by Bob Byrd, FACHE

After nearly nineteen (19) years with Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, Erwin Stainback, FACHE, resigned his position of Director of Surgical Services to accept the position of Vice President of Surgical Services at the Greenville Health System, Greenville, SC.  Erwin's last day at Baptist was January 9.

Erwin was the President of the Triad Healthcare Executive Forum (THEF) during 2008, the first year of the combined chapter membership structure of ACHE.  He previously served on the THEF Executive Committee as Vice President, Secretary Treasurer, and Assistant Secretary Treasurer.  THEF qualified for the 2009 Award of Chapter Merit under his leadership.  We will miss Erwin's passion for leadership excellence and organizational skills.

Congratulations and best wishes are in order for Erwin as he takes on his new career challenges.
