This pertinent and timely program will be presented by:

Ms. Evans explains that 2009 is underway and with it, more uncertainty, higher expectations and additional challenges.  There is no doubt that the times we are in are difficult.  So, as a leader what can you do to ensure your organization remains successful?

1. Describe 5 leadership skills that are required to lead through difficult times.
2. Name 3 practical tactics they can immediately implement to more effectively lead their organization in difficult times.
