Service Line Development: A Focused Look at Behavioral Health in Hampton Roads

Many healthcare organizations are using a service-line approach to organizational development for the purposes of strategic planning, business planning, operations and marketing. Service-line development is not only an organizational tool, but also can increase physician involvement, align resources and provide and integrated continuum of care for the patient. this program will take a closer look at one Service-line in particular - Behavioral Health in the Hampton Roads Region and review common structural, operational and cultural issues,
