As healthcare leaders and humans, we are navigating our way through a global pandemic--at times while the earth has shaken beneath our feet. This has been a time of great polarization, inequity, divisiveness, fear and uncertainty. This has also been a time when the importance of human connection has been recognized and deeply valued, a time of compassion where examples of courage, strength, and selflessness surround us daily.  Read more

Upcoming Education and Events
How to Earn ACHE Credits and More!

In acknowledgment of healthcare public safety issues and financial realities related to COVID-19, we will not be hosting local in-person UHE Face-to-Face educational sessions this year, including our traditional Fall Session that we do in partnership with the Utah Hospital Association. However, there are many opportunities to earn Face-to-Face and Qualifying credits and retain Fellowship status throughout 2020.  Read more

Regent Election
Any Fellow who wishes to run for election to serve on the Council of Regents must submit a letter of intent to elections@ache.org by Aug. 21.

UHE supports diversity and inclusion because different viewpoints strengthen our teams’ vision and resolve. This in turn, improves the health and strengthens the community in which we live. Unfortunately, health outcomes lag in many areas for minorities; minorities are also less likely to fill senior leadership positions in our organizations.
