WSHEF Early Careerist Spotlight

Christian Diaz, MHA

Practice Manager, Neurology & Psychiatry, Kadlec Regional Medical Center

Christian Diaz is married to his high school sweet heart (Macey), is a father to a couple of wonderful children Harper (5) and Rockwell “Rocky” (3). He is the practice manager for KNC Neurology and Physiatry. Christian has been with KNC since January of 2019. Prior to that, Christian worked for Medical Center Hospital (MCH) in Odessa Texas. While at MCH Christian managed their specialty clinics (endocrinology, pain, GI, ENT, skin disorder). Later he fulfilled the role of divisional director over urgent care and retail clinics. Christian received his undergraduate degree from BYU-Idaho and his MHA from Grand Canyon University. Christian and his wife are both originally from central Washington (Mattawa & Royal City). They enjoy anything that involves spending time with family, from being on the river, camping, smoking meats, or riding dirt bikes. Being close to family was a priority, which is why working for Kadlec became a reality for Christian. He are grateful to be part of the Kadlec family and a member of the community that he grew up near to.

Amanda earned an MBA and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Gonzaga University with concentrations in Human Resource Management and Operations and Supply Chain Management.  Her college experience also included a year studying abroad in Florence, Italy.
