P.L. 111-148  - Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (H.R. 3590) - The enrolled bill was presented to the President on March 22, 2010. The President signed the bill on March 23, 2010 and it became Public Law 111-148.

Governor Gregoire's Executive order  - The executive order was signed on April 1, 2010.

P.L. 111-152  - Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (H.R. 4872) - The enrolled bill was presented to and signed by the President on March 30, 2010, and became Public Law 111-152.
