AGC Environmental Network Steering Committee To Meet at 2008 Annual Convention; All Attendees Welcome
Attendees interested in environmental issues are welcome to attend an open meeting of the AGC Environmental Network Steering Committee at the 2008 AGC Annual Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada on Monday, March 10th, from 10:00 to 11:30 AM at the Bellagio.

This meeting presents a unique opportunity for members to participate in the Steering Committee discussions and ask questions on environmental issues.  The Steering Committee is the group tasked with developing recommendations for AGC action on any environmental issue.  Learn about ways you can participate in the AGC’s policymaking on environmental matters as they pertain to the construction industry.

Steering Committee members and AGC staff will briefly report on environmental activities and services to update members and encourage discussion.  The Steering Committee will report on their impressions of their recent meeting with top officials from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and lay out AGC’s environmental action items for the near term.

For more information on the AGC Annual Convention, go to http://www.agc.org/2008convention.

The AGC Environmental Network serves to increase and improve the interaction among all members with a particular interest in the environment.
