AGC TO PARTICPATE IN VIRGINIA PILOT PROGRAM
The Office of Pipeline Safety Program Development, is coordinating a Virginia state pilot program to Evaluate Options for Improving Location Accuracy of One-Call Requests.
AGC will participate in the meeting hosted by OPS to kick-off this pilot program on May 26th in Northern Virginia. Some broad goals for pilot program are:
1) Identify and clearly describe all parameters affecting the location accuracy of one-call requests
2) Identify and evaluate promising new approaches to improve the accuracy of these requests
3) Summarize findings for use by damage prevention stakeholders across the US and Canada
