The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is asking all Common Ground Alliance Stakeholders to follow best practices to enhance safety when excavating under extreme circumstances due to hurricane damage.

PHMSA Associate Administrator of Pipeline Safety, Stacey Gerard has asked Common Ground Alliance members for their attention in regard to safe excavating in and around the Gulf Coast.
