CHAPTER EXECUTIVE/STAFF REDUCED REGISTRATION FEE:  We have reduced convention registration fee for Chapter Executives and Staff to $550 per person for Chapter Executive and staff and spouses will be $225. 

AON BUILD AMERICA DINNER:  Click here for a letter inviting your Chairman of the Board/President and their guest to be the guests of AGC of America at the AON Build America Awards dinner on Friday, March 23, 2007.  Please complete the form and fax it back to AGC as soon as possible.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:  AGC is offering first class accommodation in San Antonio for the Annual Convention and Constructor Expo.  The Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center will be the site of the majority of the meetings.  Hotels are within walking distance of the Convention along San Antonio’s Riverwalk.

Hotel reservations are made directly with AGC by fax or online, after paying the registration fee. All reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. The hotels will not be accepting any reservations by phone or online.  Please be advised that you must complete a meeting registration form prior to the housing form being accepted.  Hotel reservations without payment of AGC registration fees will not be processed. The room reservation cutoff is February 26, 2007. The sleeping room cancellation policy for the hotels is 72 hours prior to the day of arrival.
