Have Fun Playing Whirlyball & Get in the Fundraising Spirit!

YLP Council members ask all Program members to attend the January 25th networking event to kick-off the fundraising campaign for the annual golf & tennis tournament. During the networking program, YLP members are assigned to fundraising groups and asked to support the Charitable Works Fund by raising $1,200 in tournament registrations or sponsorship contributions.

Changes to the AGC Site Safety Van Program went into effect January 1

In late November a letter was mailed to all member firms who employ jobsite labor. To insure all members are notified of changes to the Site Safety Van service, we are republishing the original letter.

In order to keep the Site Safety Van Service available to general and specialty contractor members, and meet stringent budgetary constraints the Chapter is facing due to current economic conditions, it is necessary for Georgia Branch, AGC to implement a Site Safety Van Training Fee of $50 per jobsite visit effective January 1, 2012. The fee will only be invoiced to the company that requests/schedules the visit.
