AGC Partners with Labor Department on Compliance Assistance
AGC and the Department of Labor (DOL) signed a Partnership for Compliance Assistance Program (PCAP) agreement last week.

The PCAP agreement formalizes the AGC and DOL relationship to educate employers in the construction industry about compliance assistance tools and other resources to help them meet the requirements of DOL-administered employment laws.  AGC and DOL will cross-promote each other's educational materials, provide articles for publications, participate in each other's conferences, workshops and training, and provide links to each other's web sites.
