  Laminated “Beck” Posters Now Available
AGC has released a new poster for sale, the Notice to Employees – Union Membership & Dues (Beck Poster). The laminated poster notifies employees of their legal rights not to join a union and their rights regarding the use of union dues.

Executive Order 13201 requires certain government contractors and subcontractors to post the notice in conspicuous places at all nonexempt work sites, including all places where notices to employees are customarily posted.

For more information on Executive Order 13201, click here.

To purchase posters, visit AGC’s online bookstore at www.agc.org/e-store  or call 1-800-AGC-1767, and request item #2106. [ return to top ]
