Don’t Miss the Jan. 24 Audio Conference on New Internet Applicant Rule & EEO-1 Reporting Requirements

Are you ready for the EEOC’s new reporting requirements?  Are you in compliance with the OFCCP’s new “internet applicant” rule?

Private employers with 100 or more employees and federal contractors with 50 or more employees must file a revised Employer Information (EEO-1) report in 2007 containing new ethnic and racial categories and job classifications.  Most federal contractors are also subject to new recordkeeping requirements under the OFCCP’s “internet applicant” rule already in effect.

On January 24, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, AGC of America will host a 90-minute audio conference to provide you with critical information about both of these new requirements.  Attorney Tami Earnhart of Ice Miller LLP will cover:

  • New OFCCP Internet Applicant Regulations
    • Internet Applicant Defined
      • When Has an Individual Expressed an Interest?
      • When Has an Employer Considered an Individual?
        • Employer Processes
