Strategic Planning for Small-Medium Firms: How to Prepare and What to Expect
Tackle these issues on September 21st in Atlanta

This one-day program will cover the essential skills and information needed to develop a successful strategic plan for small to medium sized firms. It will cover the what, why, and how-to of strategic planning. Also, it will focus on the critical need for adequate financial information and controls–the essential part in any successful planning process.

This program will provide participants with the tools to gain a better insight into:

  • Understanding the process and what to expect; Financial practices
          of the contractor: What makes a contractor different;
  • Determining the real risks of a contractor and its impact on
          strategic/financial planning;
  • Causes of contractor failures and how to avoid them;
  • Strategic management with the development of the company’s
          organizational structure and SWOT analysis;
  • Financial reporting of a contractor: Using the company's financial
          statements and reports as a management tool; and
  • Strategic Planning: Utilizing financial information in the development
          of its strategic plan.
