AGC’s Leadership in Construction Workshop - Septemeber 12-14, 2007 in San Diego

AGC has partnered with the San Diego Chapter to host and support the September 12-14, 2007 Leadership in Construction Workshop. Take advantage of this special tuition rate – $1,950 for AGC members – and sign up today!

This Workshop is designed and instructed by Constructors, for Constructors. Through a series of personal assessments, group exercises, case studies, and interactive instruction, participants will:

  • Identify key leadership concepts
  • Complete a series of personal assessment instruments, including 
          a 360-degree feedback evaluation, to discover leadership styles
  • Apply leadership principles to the construction industry
  • Explore the difference between leadership and management
  • Learn an effective model for conflict resolution
  • Map an action plan for continued professional growth
  • Develop strategies for dealing with members of a project team

    This is a great opportunity for all individuals in the construction industry who direct or influence other personnel to meet project goals.
