Deadline Looms for Leadership in Construction Workshops

Don’t miss the opportunity to join industry peers for this focused, construction specific workshop that reveals your personal leadership style and will help you develop motivational and conflict resolution techniques.

December 13th is the deadline to register for the January 20-23 and 24-27, 2008 AGC Leadership in Construction Workshop in Tempe, AZ. Online registrations is available at www.agc.org.

With the guidance of today’s construction industry leaders, a series of personal assessments, and group activities and discussions, participants of AGC’s Leadership in Construction Workshop will:
• Identify their personal leadership style through a series of personal assessments, including a 360 Checkpoint evaluation
• Examine the principles of leadership and discuss strategies to implement them with co-workers in the field and/or office
• Compare the difference between management and leadership and learn to distinguish qualities of each
• Examine and demonstrate an effective model for conflict resolution
• Map an action plan for continued personal and professional growth
