DGA OPT-OUT REMINDER
Pursuant to the AICP collective bargaining agreement with the DGA, Pension and Health contributions on behalf of Principal Directors are based on a presumed salary. Also in the agreement is an annual “opt-out” provision that allows a company to make contributions on behalf of a Principal Director based on actual earnings should they believe that arrangement is beneficial to their particular situation...Read More
