The APCP's Guarantee Seal

The Spanish Advertising Production Association (APCP) together with the Spanish Association of Standardization and Certification(AENOR) have created the APCP’s guarantee seal verified by AENOR. This certification was born as a mechanism of internal control done by the APCP to ensure that all member production companies fulfill the legal and quality service requirements that the APCP demands of their members.

All member production companies must pass an initial internal audit performed by AENOR auditors with follow-up audits once a year.

What was born as an internal tool, is becoming a reference both for advertisers, agencies and Spanish and foreign production companies as well as for diverse public institutions, at the state, community and municipal level.

The APCP seal is a guarantee of good practices, both internally and externally. Internally speaking, the production companies that receive this seal acquire prestige that improves their image and gives them a great differential advantage.

On the other hand, any external company that hires a member production companies can be assured that the project will be carried out according to the highest standards, set by the advertising community itself. Some of the key advantages are: confidentiality, (both for the client as well as for all the materials and resources that could be susceptible of protection); all persons on the shoot will be hired in accordance with current legislation, registered in the social security and comply with safety and hazard protection; and all necessary shooting permits will be obtained.

It’s also worth mentioning the importance of a topic that lately has had a great impact in our industry; sustainability. That’s why hiring an APCP’s production company ensures the correct use of the facilities hired, a requirement that becomes even more important when a shoot takes place in protected natural spaces.
