Mims Named COMTO CEO

The Conference of Minority Transportation Officials  (COMTO) has named A. Bradley Mims, its interim president and chief executive officer since August 2016, to the position on a permanent basis effective May 1.
Mims’ almost 40 years of transportation industry experience includes tenures with U.S. DOT and FAA during the Clinton administration. He was vice president and aviation market leader for Parsons Brinckerhoff, senior associate for the transportation group at Booz Allen Hamilton and worked more than 12 years as transportation staffer to Rep. John Lewis (D-GA) and the late Rep. Julian Dixon (D-CA). He serves on the APTA Diversity Council.
