New CEO Named: Oklahoma Transit Association

The Oklahoma Transit Association (OTA) has named Mark Nestlen its new executive director.
Nestlen is also president and chief executive officer of his own consulting company, Bar None Consulting. He is a former lobbyist who worked on national agricultural and rural public policy and was director of congressional relations for the American Soybean Association. | For APTA, he serves on the State Affairs Committee.
