In a recent TVST article Platform-Independent Cirrus and Spectralis Thickness Measurements in Eyes with Diabetic Macular Edema Using Fully Automated Software,  the authors show that Duke Optical Coherence Tomography Retinal Analysis Program accurately segments SD-OCT images acquired from DME patients and successfully inter-converts retinal thickness measurements across Cirrus and Spectralis systems.
