Where in the World is JLME?
As we honored Martin Luther King, Jr. on the 16th of this month, we share with you a special photo of JLME. ASLME staff members Courtney
McClellan, Margo Smith, and Katie Johnson are pictured with the journal in front of a sculpture on
Boston University's Marsh Plaza. The sculpture, titled Free At Last, is a tribute to Dr. King, who earned his
Ph.D. in systematic theology at the University in 1955. The ASLME
office is located in the Boston University School of Law, steps away
from this monument. Today Boston University is home to thousands of Dr.
King's personal papers, and the University awards a scholarship to
students who embody King's ideals.
Please help us keep "Where in the World is JLME?"
going! Snap a photo of you or a friend holding the journal in, and your photo will be featured in an upcoming issue of the Insider.
Send in your photos or guesses to Margo Smith at firstname.lastname@example.org. Join us next month to see where JLME will travel to next!
