Welcome, Baby Charlie!

The American Society of Law, Medicine & Ethics is very pleased to report that we have added a new member to both our rolls and to our small but happy work family. We are proud to introduce the very handsome Charles Paul Smith, son of ASLME Membership Director Margo Smith and her husband Rob, and little brother to his sister Avery. “Baby Charlie” (as he is affectionately known at the ASLME offices) was born happy and healthy on Friday, April 28. Margo is doing wonderfully and shall return to ASLME after maternity leave. The remainder of the staff is doing less well because we all miss Margo.

While Margo is on leave, Katie Johnson and Courtney McClellan have graciously agreed to cover the membership desk. If you have any questions or concerns with your membership over the coming weeks, you will likely connect with either Courtney (courtney@aslme.org) or Katie (kjohnson@aslme.org).

In the meantime, please join us in welcoming Baby Charlie to the ASLME family!
