Submit your nominations for the 2015 Leadership Awards - deadline extended to Feb. 17

Each year the CaGBC recognizes individuals and organizations that have made a significant contribution to the CaGBC's mission of advancing green building in Canada. National and Chapter Members are invited to submit a nomination for the 2015 CaGBC Leadership Awards. Presentations will be made during the CaGBC Leadership Awards Gala on June 3, 2015 at the Vancouver Convention Centre.

The Call for Nominations is has been extended and will now close on February 17, 2015.

To be eligible, award recipients:

  • Are either a National or Chapter Member of the CaGBC;
  • Made a significant contribution to the CaGBC vision and mission and have demonstrated success in advancing green building (new or existing) and/or sustainable communities policies and practices in Canada;
  • Exemplify leadership and commitment to sustainability and actively advocate and/or are involved in changing current practices and approaches;
  • Are not members of the CaGBC Board of Directors for at least two years;
  • Are not a paid staff member at CaGBC National or any CaGBC Chapters for at least two years;
  • Are well-known in the industry for their contributions; and
  • Can be repeat applicants but not award recipients from previous years.
