Featured On-Demand Course: Engaging Tenants in Sustainability

Engaging Tenants in Sustainability
Pricing: Member price: $29 | Non-member price: $39

Collaborating with tenants is a must if you want to maintain or improve building performance, and successfully operate a healthy, comfortable, and energy-efficient building. While control varies, as a property manager, being equipped with the right knowledge and resources will undoubtedly yield positive financial and environmental results for both parties.

This course highlights the importance of, and business case for, landlord and tenant collaboration as it relates to sustainability. Participants will be provided with effective actions and tools to develop and facilitate a tenant engagement program that ultimately fosters good tenant relationships and drives improvements in building performance. Real-life examples and strategies will be shared by an organization that is a global real estate owner, investor, developer, and property manager.

This course is delivered by Marlee Kohn of Oxford Properties.
