IT Managed Services...What does this mean?

CommPartners would offer simple, bundled service options for day-to-day offsite IT phone/email helpdesk needs, onsite support, server maintenance, secure data backup, virus protection, and more.

Why are we considering this new service?

Sometimes, there isn’t much for full-time IT employees to do, except do research, clean up server folders, etc., while waiting until the evening to perform backups. Other days, your IT person may be putting out fires all day and not have enough support to meet their deadlines…

The advantage of the IT managed service CommPartners is considering is that it’s affordable (especially compared to the salary of just one full-time IT employee) and you would have access to a full staff of experts to meet your organization’s particular needs.
