This month our Online Event Managers received lots of praise...

Have you ever read our tagline “Trust us. ASAE does.”? Here are a few reasons why:

“I’m writing to compliment CommPartners and your staff. I called recently in a panic. We were co-sponsoring an online webinar with another organization that was using a different Web event company. We were down to the wire and when I still didn’t have content or sign-on information to send to our members, I felt I needed an emergency back-up plan.
 
So, I left a message with Megan (head of CommPartners’ event management department), who asked Kelly S. to help me. Kelly called right away and assured me that CommPartners could fill in at the last minute, if needed. What a relief for me!
 
I just want to let you know that you have great employees who always are pleasant to work with. I appreciate their expertise, professionalism, and willingness to bail me out of a difficult situation.
 
P.S. The other company’s Q&A was clumsy and the audio recording and PowerPoint slides weren’t synched together for future reference. This only reinforces my appreciation of the technical and staff services that CommPartners provides.
