Meet Erika
 In addition to sharing new hire information with readers, we thought you’d like to know more about some of our staff members who helped build our company and continue to do so…
Erika, who has been with CommPartners since 1999, wears many hats…she manages our client training department, works closely with customer care, collaborates with our programmers and software developers and provides on-the-spot technical support when needed.
Before joining our group, Erika’s professional background included distribution sales, managing purchasing for a major computer retailer, and working as a tech-helpdesk representative.
After a decade of serving our clients, we asked how she stays motivated to be so upbeat so much of the time: "I'm totally focused on our clients and making sure they receive top notch customer service and training. My goal is to make sure all our clients always feel like they are our number one priority."
On the weekends
Erika loves just hanging out with her husband, their daughter and their dog Angus. When weather permits, you'll also find them at their family cabin in Carlisle, PA.
