Meet Heather
 Although she just joined CommPartners’ online events management team in February, Heather was named our peak performer in March! That gives you just an idea of her customer service ethic and ability to build strong relationship with our clients and her coworkers.
Daily, Heather monitors the details of her clients’ events, while also providing training and support to ensure their success. She also assists our archive and CD production staff. Heather is the first point of contact for incoming un-managed event technical support calls.
Before CommPartners, Heather was Front Desk Department Head at Lifetime Fitness and earned a B.A. in Biology from College of Notre Dame in Maryland.
Heather was born and raised in historic Linthicum, Maryland, where she still resides. She has a 19 year-old younger brother and four half-siblings, ranging in age from five to 13 years-old.
On the weekends…
Heather says, “I hang out with friends, watch movies, play volleyball and tennis, and do triathlons.”
