Maximize AMS & CRM Data via e-Marketing Campaigns

Are you maximizing your organization’s valuable Association Management System or Customer Relationship Management data?


By integrating member/client records with your email marketing efforts, you can:

Not only is AILA maximizing the potential of their AMS via e-marketing, this forward-thinking association worked with CommPartners to produce a specific video greeting from the president of the chapter to which that member belongs. CommPartners recorded these greetings in-studio and edited and encoded these segments to work via the email links.

Getting started

CommPartners’ MagnetMail broadcast email application is fully integrated with leading AMS databases (iMIS, netFORUM, etc.) and CRMs (Salesforce, etc.). For successful e-marketing, you will need a mass email tool (vs. creating lists in Outlook) that can store groups of email contacts, provide pre-send deliverability diagnostics and tracking data.

In addition to improving outreach efforts, integrating database and e-marketing functionality has backend payoffs. Marketing data from your broadcast email application can be delivered into your AMS/CRM, to create a central repository of member activity. This includes email send, open, bounce, click and unsubscribe data.
