Myrna Hellerman - The Magnetic Employee Value Proposition: Get and Keep the Employees Your Organization Needs to Thrive

Myrna Hellerman examines the components of “The Employee Value Proposition,” the "deal" employees get from their employer in return for their commitment, loyalty, and work contribution.  Some employers have an Employee Value Proposition with a magnetism that allows them to attract and retain the employees needed to grow and prosper.  The Employee Value Proposition they offer is well crafted not necessarily the most costly.

Learn from the various success stories to be shared in this September 14th program at the Embassy Suites in Brookfield, 5:30-7:30 p.m.  Evaluate and refurbish your organization's Employee Value Proposition by utilizing the practical tools which will be provided.  This timely presentation is based on Sibson Consulting's client experience and the findings from Sibson's ten year longitudinal study of the Rewards of Work (TM). Register by September 7th.

Myrna Hellerman is an expert in human resource and reward strategy development and their integration into an organization’s broader, global business objectives. She has a particular focus on the human capital management and performance challenges that are precipitated by a major financial transaction (e.g., IPO, spinoff, merger) or culture realignments.

Dr. Hellerman earned an M.B.A. degree from the University of Chicago and a master’s degree and a Ph.D. in Spanish and Portuguese from Stanford University. She serves as a board member of the Business Advisory Council of the University of Illinois (Chicago), the American Hotel and Lodging Association, and Prevent Child Abuse–Illinois, and has also served as an officer of the Human Resource Management Association of Chicago, the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Council of Personnel Officers.
