OFCCP Industry Liaison Group Meeting

Time:    7:15 a.m. social time, 7:30 a.m. meeting start.  Meeting ends approximately 
             9:00 a.m.

The Milwaukee Industry Liaison Group (ILG) will meet with the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) on October 13, 2006 at the M&I Bank building in downtown Milwaukee. The ILG is sponsored by HRMA's Workplace Diversity and Compliance Committee. At the October ILG meeting, the group will be talking with OFCCP District Direct Margaret Kraak about a variety of topics including OFCCP's “Internet Applicant” rule, the relationship between the Milwaukee district office and the Chicago regional office, the difference between the surveying required to comply with recent EEO-1 regulations on race and ethnicity and OFCCP’s regulations, and the recent changes to the affirmative action regulations concerning veterans.
