Welcome to the October 2017 issue of VTS Mobile World—your IEEE Vehicular Technology Society newsletter. This issue contains a recap of the annual Society awards ceremony at IEEE VTC2017-Fall in Toronto, including the VTC2017-Fall Best Paper Awards. Also, VTS Mobile World is happy to introduce one of VTS’ most active chapters—and this year’s VTS Chapter of the Year Award winner—Malaysia. Following our regular technical columns is a preview of the 2017 Vehicular Power and Propulsion Conference. As usual, I look forward to receiving your feedback on how we are doing and how we can better serve all VTS members in future.  You can contact me directly by email at a.jamalipour@ieee.orgRead more...
