Grace Period for Enforcement of E-prescribing Penalties Ended August 1st

The Department of Human Services  announced in late June that it would not enforce penalties for violations of the e-prescribing mandate which took effect on Saturday, July 1 until August 1, resulting in a 31 day grace period. That period has now expired.
