Health Access Network, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Lincoln, Maine, is seeking a dynamic seasoned leader to provide overall direction and administration of health center operations, assuring the center and staff meets the goals and objectives of the health center’s mission.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: strategic planning, budgeting, financial management, and oversight of clinic policies and procedures. Must be familiar with laws and regulations related to FQHCs and have experience with grant programs and Board governance.  Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and possess compassion, innovation, integrity, and excellence which are the health center’s values.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Health, Public Health, Health Care Administration, Business Administration or other related field.  A Master’s degree is preferred.  Must have at least 5 years of related leadership experience.  Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center preferred.

We are a multi-disciplinary community health center with sites in Lee, Lincoln, Medway, Millinocket, and W. Enfield serving patients in Northern Penobscot County.
