New CEO for PCHC

Ms. Dwyer joined PCHC in 2012 as its General Counsel and Compliance & Risk Officer and most recently also served as senior vice president. She came to PCHC from the Portland firm of Bernstein Shur. Ms. Dwyer obtained her bachelor's degree from Duke University, a master's from the University of Alabama, and her law degree from the University of Maine School of Law. She also has a graduate certification in healthcare compliance from George Washington University’s School of Graduate Studies.
