CMS Issues Letter of Guidance On Medicaid Work Requirements The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services issued a 10 page letter this past week providing direction to those states, including Maine, which had applied for section 1115 waivers in order to require some Medicaid recipients to work or provide community service as a condition of participation in the program.
