Consumers for Affordable Health Care, the Augusta-based, statewide advocacy organization will celebrate its 30th Anniversary with an event scheduled on Thursday, June 7th from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Maple Hill Farm in Hallowell.  In addition to recognizing Jack Comart, Trish Riley, and Gordon Smith with the Distinguished Health Care Hero Awards, CAHC will honor Liz Harmon and Martha Morrison with Individual Health Care Hero Awards and the Mainers for Health Care Leadership Team and Maine Providers Standing Up for Health Care with Organizational Health Care Hero Awards.
