Law Court Issues Stay of Order for MaineCare State Plan Amendment Pending Appeal; Legislature Passes Expansion Funding The Maine Supreme Judicial Court has granted a stay to the DHHS, delaying the requirement that the State Plan Amendment be filed pending resolution of the Administration's appeal. In the meantime, the Legislature passed LD 837, which provides funding for expansion.
