Legislature Overrides Veto of Medical Marijuana Reform Bill Legislators last Monday overrode the Governor's veto of legislation which fundamentally changed the state's medical marijuana law. The amended law, which will take effect 90 days from the date the Legislature finally adjourns (they are not yet adjourned), removes the list of conditions previously required and allows a physician to prepare a certificate for any patient they think might benefit from it.
