U.S. Department of Justice Approves CVS-Aetna Merger
On Wednesday the U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division approved the planned merger of CVS and Aetna, the country's third largest health insurer, creating a massive, $68 billion health care and health insurance system. After the merger the new company will be involved in insurance, prescription drug benefits, and pharmacies throughout the nation.
The merger is happening at the same time as Kaiser
Health News reports that
millennials are forgoing office-based primary care
