Medicaid Expansion Wins Another Round in Court In a court order issued Nov. 21, Kennebec County Superior Court Justice Michaela Murphy directed DHHS to take seven steps to comply with the law ("Act to Enhance Access to Affordable Health Care") which is expected to provide health care coverage to as many as 80,000 eligible Mainers.
