Janet T. Mills Inaugurated as Maine's 75th Governor, Issues Executive Order Number 1 Janet T. Mills of Farmington was inaugurated as Maine's 75th Governor last Wednesday evening, Jan.2, 2019. Her inaugural address included references to many health care issues including MaineCare expansion, the opioid epidemic, the cost of medication and health care costs generally. She also called for action on climate change. On Thursday, Jan. 3, she issued Executive Order 1. Read More
